Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we experience at some point in our lives, but all manageable. Are you struggling with your life and feeling overwhelmed, does it feel like you can never catch a break, has it began to affect various relationships in your life. Life is hard (sometimes) but it doesn't have to be all the time. Sometimes we just need an outside perspective, someone to help us unravel the never-ending web of {STUFF}. Often times people struggle in a few domains that cause things to go haywire. It can range from something as simple as prioritizing life's responsibilities, improving communication skills, setting boundaries or more serious, unraveling past trauma, family conflict, etc. whatever the case through therapy and commitment YOU are able to joy that you once had in your life.
The goal of this 4 week series is to explore how anger manifest in your life. You will learn how to go from aggression to assertiveness, through understanding your own triggers which are rooted in your experiences. You will not just be "talked to" about what responses are deemed appropriate when you feel afraid, scared, vulnerable, neglected etc., but you will become emerged in the process of exploring your responses to anger on a deeper level.
Parenting on Purpose provides a safe environment for parents to learn to cope with the demands of parenting in a supportive environment. We focus on various aspects of parenting, from managing temper tantrums, to positive discipline, to not feeling guilty for wanting time away from our children. Parents will feel more confident, connected and ready to tackle parenting with strategies and tools that work for their family dynamics.
